Nike Lebron 9 PS Elite South Beach

South Beach was the first area of Miami Beach to be developed back in the Nineteen-Teens, but it was nearly a century later that this Biscayne Bay hot spot became a sneaker colorway.  People will be talking about that ‘South Beach’ LeBron 8 for another hundred years or more, a sneaker so popular it rivals the most elite Air Jordans in terms of copycat colorways (and, one day, retro potential?).  The LeBron 9 already had a variety of MIA-themed colorups, but none carries the same pedigree nor pricetag as the “South Beach” Nike Lebron 9 P.S.Elite

When Lebron decided to go to the Miami Heat in 2010 it was the biggest NBA moment of our generation and when Nike decided to drop a "Pre-Heat" color way of that years Nike Lebron VIII (8) it changed the sneaker world. The "Pre-Heats" quickly became the most sought after pair of shoes of 2011 and sneaker heads everywhere were dying for anything associated to the retro, black, and pink flash color way. This year the Nike Lebron 9 has sported some interesting color ways such as the "Cannon", "China", "Big Bang", and with the release of the Nike Basketball "Elite" we've seen a "Bruce Lee" themed varsity maize release. Now, Nike is giving fans what they've been waiting for with a new "South Beach" color way for the Nike Lebron 9 P.S. Elite. The shoe sports a mostly wolf grey upper with black, new green midsole, mint candy and pink flash accents, as well as the icy-greenish sole that gave the "Pre-Heats" that extra zing!
